Brian Christopher Halloran

Brian brings over 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience in both the public and private sectors in landscape architecture, construction management, real estate development, city planning and urban design.

Brian has worked as a design and planning consultant for several cities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area where he worked on design review, urban design, and design guidelines. In the private sector, he specialized in park, plaza, subdivision and golf course design.

Brian's enthusiasm for creative and artistic statement has been well recognized throughout his career in both the commercial and residential sectors. Brian received Jesuit training from Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco, Associates degree in Architecture, Bachelors degree in construction management and real estate, Masters in urban and regional planning and landscape architecture.

Lyn Paula Spessard

Over the past 20 years, Lyn has designed pools for several pool builders throughout California. Her education and training from the University of California, spearheaded her interest in taking the vision of her creativity in landscape design from concept to reality. With special interest in getting the job done right and within budget, she began contracting and managing her projects.

Lyn's experience in assisting and working with California's pool builders has afforded her the knowledge and trust throughout the industry.
